Return Policy for Sultan

Welcome to Sultan, where we put the needs of our customers first. Our Return Policy is intended to give you clarity regarding the eligibility requirements, the return procedure, and your rights as a valued customer. 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Within 30 Days: After the date of delivery, you have 30 days to return any qualifying items. We might not be able to handle your return after this time.
  2. Unopened and Unused: Products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, unopened, and unused to qualify for a return. The tags and original packaging need to be present.

 2. Methods for Starting a Return:

  2. Return Authorization: Our staff will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return after confirming your request.

3. Shipping for returns: 

  1. Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g., the incorrect item was shipped or the item arrived damaged), customers are liable for the expense of return postage.
  2. Packaging: Make sure the item is packed safely and include a copy of the original packing slip along with the RA number. For your return, we advise use a trackable delivery method.
  3. Refund Process:
  4. Inspection: Our staff will examine the item or items after receiving your return to make sure they satisfy the requirements for eligible returns.
  5. Issuance of Refund: Should the return be accepted; your original payment method will be refunded. Please be aware that there is no reimbursement for shipping expenses.

5. Non-Refundable Products: 

Returns may not be accepted for some purchases, including gift cards, sale items, and perishable goods. For further information, please read the product description.
